ABOUT CASE MANAGEMENT & TRACKING SYSTEM (CMTS)
The Case Management & Tracking System (CMTS) was developed by WingSwept, a NC based technology firm, to provide an affordable and efficient method for tracking investigations. It captures information across the entire life-cycle of a case, from the first call to the Hot-Line to final case disposition. CMTS software is an industry specific product unlike its competitors, and now available on the GSA Schedule.
CMTS software was developed based on the following:

- Need for a comprehensive, quick and easy Ad-Hoc Reporting tool to help reduce case manager workload
